Caribbean jerk chicken with Jollof rice

Hello from fusion,
As a commemoration to our lovely spring season, we are delighted to bring back our Caribbean food festive. From today until tomorrow throughout dinner,we have a special of Jerk chicken served with jollof rice for only: N$60.00 only.

Jerk is a Jamaican native style of cooking, this method includes marinating meat in spices such as cumin, nutmeg cinnamon and a whole lot more…dark rum is also used as an ingredient.
Jollof rice is original West African from the wolof people found in countries such as Senegal, the Gambia and Mauritania. Jollof meaning one pot is a spicy rice dish made with coconut oil, tomatoes and a whole lot more…

Do not forget Sangria is still on special...very nice for a sun downer with a bowl of kapana...

See you at Fusion,

Gluhwein: N$27.00 per glass
When a friend introduced me to this beverage, I discovered that is just a warm German version of Sangria. The Warmth, aroma and spices just gives it an extra ooommmmphhhh…

Main courses
Chicken Curry: N$65.00
Mild, hot and flavorful Indian-style curry, when served with our coconut basmati rice; it is a winner.

Mexican Oxtail: N$75.00
It is hot, spicy, and the flavor is derived from the fact that is cooked in our famous three-legged black pot. Try it with any starch of your choice, we highly recommend oshifima or couscous

Peri peri Stir-fried veggies: N$55 (vegetarian)
Mild hot served on a bed of couscous, sprinkled with crumbled feta,  pumpkin seeds and then drizzled with balsamic reduction….Yummy…

Dessert:
Cameroon delight: N$35.00
Have you tried our Cameroon delight? It is a warm dessert made with Banana, pineapple and minty coconut milk...Very very very delicious!

Yaay...its Friday again!!

Fusion food – of course influenced by modern African traditional methods of cooking. Tomorrow come and experience scrumptious dishes prepared by us for you….

We are open from 12H30 PM in the evening, our resident band will serenade your soul with acoustic African soul Jazz from (19H00 - 21H00)….FOR FREE…

Fusion soup: N$35.00
Vegetable curry soup served with two slices of home-made Herero bread.

MAIN COURSE

This is a must for the vegetarians but is also a winner with the meat eaters – stir-fried vegetables served on a bed of couscous, drizzled with a balsamic reduction and topped with crumbled feta and crunchy pumpkin seeds.

Biltong stew: N$55.00
When you slow cook biltong with veggies...you have a winner... served on a bed of spaghetti and sprinkled with cheddar cheese.

Fusion pot of chicken: N$60.00
This is a mild spicy mouth licking dish of chicken cooked in a three legged pot, the fact that it is cooked in port wine with raisins, gives it a sweetish flavor that adds the …oomph… to this dish.

Fusion Braai: N$65.00
Spiced pork chop and tantalizing beef fillet sosatie marinated in apricot curry sauce; grilled to perfection, served with mashed butternut topped crumbled feta and pumpkin seeds…
